This programme combines online learning with personalised coaching, guiding you step by step through powerful tools such as meditation, food journaling, self-reflection prompts, and mindset shifts. The online modules and the coaching sessions work side by side to support your wellbeing journey from the inside out, helping you apply what you learn practically and sustainably.
What’s Included in This Powerful 8-Week Programme
4 Private Coaching Sessions (Weeks 1–4)
Run alongside your Food, Mind, and Body: A Coaching Journey to Wellness online course, these sessions will provide you with personalised guidance and accountability as you work through the programme.
Session 1 (60 mins): We’ll deep-dive into your current eating habits, health profile, and food diary. Together, we’ll set your first personalised goal for an amazing start.
Sessions 2–4 (60 mins each): Each week, we’ll track your progress, overcome challenges, and use expert coaching tools to keep you motivated and on track.
