Included in your package! This programme will guide you through powerful tools, including meditation, food journaling, self-reflection prompts, and mindset shifts, to support your weight loss and wellbeing journey from the inside out.

Committed to Health – Extended Coaching Support (Weeks 5–8)
This follow-on programme is built into your package, so you’ll have support for a full 8 weeks. After completing the Food, Mind and Body course and your first four coaching sessions, you’ll continue with another four weeks of lighter, yet powerful accountability support.
