4 One-on-One Coaching Sessions
Run alongside your Food, Mind and Body: A Coaching Journey to Wellness online course, these sessions will give you personalised guidance and accountability as you work through the programme.
Session 1 (60 mins): A deep dive into your health profile and blood sugar questionnaire, which you’ll complete before our session. We’ll uncover key insights and set a personalised goal for the week ahead.
Sessions 2-4 (60 mins each): Weekly check-ins to review your progress, tackle challenges, and use proven coaching techniques to keep you moving forward.
Food, Mind and Body: A Coaching Journey to Wellness Online Course
Included in your package! This programme will guide you through powerful tools, including meditation, food journaling, self-reflection prompts, and mindset shifts, to support your weight loss and wellbeing journey from the inside out.
Getting Started
Once you sign up, you’ll receive important paperwork to complete before your first session, including a written agreement and health profile, so I can tailor the programme to your needs.
