Included in this 1-hour long session:
Diet analysis: I will ask you to fill in a food diary before this session, and then I will check if you eat enough fat, around 50g of healthy carbohydrates, and just enough protein.
Insight into your overall health: You will also fill in a Health profile which will help to uncover any hidden barriers to your weight loss.
A recorded workshop explaining how to maintain a low-carbohydrate diet for good. PDF resources tailored to your needs.
Once, you purchase the programme, you will be sent some paperwork to fill out before the first session- including a Food diary and Health profile.
