Spicy chorizo soup

Ingredients:

1 chorizo

1 onion

1 kohlrabi

1l chicken stock

300g sauerkraut

200 ml double cream

2 tsp Cayenne pepper

Himalayan pink salt

ground black pepper

Fry diced chorizo and sliced onion until the onion starts to brown. Add diced kohlrabi, sauerkraut, Cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Stir everything together. Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down and cook the soup for 20 minutes. Stir in the double cream, and cook it for a few minutes more.
