Roasted squash and pork belly bake
Ingredients:
1 squash
200g kale
450g sliced pork belly
3 tsp Harissa seasoning
ground black pepper
Himalayan pink salt
garlic olive oil
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Toss the peeled and diced squash with pork belly cubes and all the seasoning. Add the garlic olive oil and stir it into the meat and vegetables. Roast in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes. Add the kale to the bake, stir it in and roast for 15 minutes more.
