Pork fillet skewer

Ingredients:

400g pork filet

200g bacon

1 small white onion

1 red pepper

1tsp hot paprika

1tsp dried coriander

2tsp ground black pepper

2tsp garlic

1tsp chilli flakes

1tsp mustard powder

olive oil

Serves 2

Slice the pork filet thinly and cut the bacon into three pieces. Marinate the meat in the olive oil and the spices. 

Skewer the pork fillet, bacon, sliced onion and red pepper onto a metal skewer. 

Grill for 10-15 minutes or until browned all over.
