Leftover roast meat tortilla wrap with basil cream cheese

 Ingredients:

2 low-carb tortillas

100g leftover roast meat 

20g fresh basil

50g cream cheese

1 small onion

ground black pepper

salt

Olive oil

Serves 2

Mix chopped basil, ground black pepper, salt and cream cheese until combined.

Fry sliced onion in olive oil for 10-15 minutes on low heat. Add the roast meat and fry for a minute or two to warm it up.

Spread the basil cream cheese in the middle of each tortilla, add the onion and meat and roll the tortilla. Fry the tortilla wrap in a drizzle of olive oil from both sides.
