Healthy Chicken Dippers recipe

Ingredients:

400g chicken breasts

100g Greek yoghurt

200g almond flour

1 tsp Hot smoked paprika

2 tsp Harissa seasoning

Himalayan Pink salt

Garlic olive oil 

Cut each chicken breast into four portions. Season the almond flour with the hot smoked paprika, Harissa seasoning and some salt. Stir the spices into the flour. Spoon Greek yoghurt into a shallow bowl. Dip the chicken, one at a time, into the Greek yoghurt and then into the seasoned almond flour. Place the dippers into an Air-fryer, not overlapping, drizzle the olive oil over them, and air-fry them at 200°C for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through.
