Chocolate and nuts truffles recipe
Ingredients:
200g 70% dark chocolate
300g nuts such as hazelnuts and almonds
150 ml double cream
1 tsp Stevia Vanilla liquid
Break the chocolate into squares and melt it with the double cream and stevia liquid in a heatproof bowl set over a pan with simmering water. The bowl should not touch the simmering water. Stir the chocolate until there are no lumps.
Let the chocolate cool down and set it aside for an hour. You can also put it in a fridge to speed up the process.
Meanwhile, whizz the nuts in a food processor.
Scoop the set chocolate with a spoon and roll the chocolate ganache in the whizzed nuts. Let the truffles set for a couple more hours before eating it.
