Cheesy biscuits

Ingredients:

200g almond flour

100g grated Cheddar

1 tsp baking powder

2tsp Chipotle Cayenne pepper

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

2 eggs

Makes 15 biscuits

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Choose the steam setting if possible. Mix all the ingredients. Spoon the mixture onto a large baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the biscuits in the middle of the oven for 12 minutes. 

To make the biscuits vegan, replace the cheese with dairy-free plan-based grated, the eggs with vegan egg replacer and the yoghurt with coconut double cream. 

To make the biscuits dog-friendly, leave out the garlic powder and Cayenne pepper.
